Why Coaching with horses?
Horses are real and authentic. They sense the finest nuances of the human state of mind and perceive them from afar.
However, we humans are very top-heavy these days and have often forgotten how to listen to our intuition, our gut feeling about what really is or may be.
With their reaction, the horses directly reflect what the human being actually thinks and feels, and thereby bring the client to self-reflection.
Accompanied by the coach together with the horse, the client can find the answer he is looking for or a suitable solution that is authentic.
How does an equine-assisted coaching work?
The client and the horse meet in a protected environment. The coach observes the body language, the reaction of this sensitive being and can deduce what is going on in the client and how he is doing.
With the help of these observations, the coach gently introduces the client to the topic and, with the support of the horse, helps the client to find an answer, to work out a solution that leads to the desired goal of the coaching defined by the client.
