Horses have accompanied me since childhood
The experiences and transformations made on my own life's journey, amongst with the support of the wonderful horse soul, have allowed me to find my calling as a horse-assisted coach.
Even as a child I was fascinated by this wonderful animal, which is so gentle, so sensitive and at the same time so powerful.
As a little girl, but also as an adult, I always felt a magical attraction, a fascination for this wonderful, physically strong, yet so gentle horse creature. I always felt very safe in the presence of this unique animal, because I could be myself. From a young age, their closeness gave me the feeling that they understood me, that they communicated with me.
As it turned out, these magnificent horses have been with me my whole life and I have been able to experience many beautiful, touching, emotional moments with them. One day in the deep south of England, my wonderful four-legged friend «Berlin» found me. With him I was able to further refine my special talent and finally discovered my vocation as a horse-assisted coach. Unfortunately, Berlin crossed the rainbow bridge in September 2018, but his spirit is still with me.
My experience with the horses
During my professional career I came into contact with many people, also over many years in the international business. I was always interested in people, I loved listening to them and I learned a lot from their lives as a result.
Aufgrund meines eigenen ereignisreichen Lebens und dessen Entwicklung mit allen Facetten, hellen, farbigen aber auch einigen dunklen, und daraus resultierenden, lebensverändernden Transformationen durfte ich immer mehr in eine neue Leichtigkeit, Zuversicht und Lebensfreude finden. Ich durfte vieles Schwere hinter mir lassen und geniesse heute eine neu gewonnene Lebensenergie.
Durch meine eigenen Lebenserfahrungen ist in mir immer mehr der Wunsch entstanden, anderen Menschen zu helfen, einen Weg aus ihren eigenen Blockaden finden zu können, ein Leben voller Hürden hinter sich zu lassen und in eine neue, freudevolle Leichtigkeit kommen zu dürfen und so mit sich selbst in Einklang zu sein.
From my own experience I knew that the horse holds up a mirror to the human being authentically and non-verbally, giving him the chance to reflect on himself. I was able to experience this myself over and over again when I worked with the horses.
Working as an equine-assisted Coach
That's how I finally came across horse-assisted coaching, which I was enthusiastic about from the very first moment. I decided to follow my heart's desire, my calling, and completed my training as a horse-assisted coach in spring 2019.
Since then, many different horse coaches have accompanied my work with clients. Working with my four-legged co-coaches, or "interpreters" as I affectionately call them, is always very impressive for me. This highly sensitive horse reflects the human being authentically and truthfully, but in a gentle way without ifs and buts.
Wir Menschen sind heutzutage sehr kopflastig unterwegs und vergessen oder unterdrücken bewusst oder unbewusst unsere wahren Gefühle, unsere Intuition. Dies kann zu Ratlosigkeit, Überforderung, Fehlentscheidungen führen, welche unser Leben kurz-, mittel- oder sogar langfristig beeinflussen kann. Mitunter auch mit negativen Auswirkungen, ja sogar Langzeitfolgen.
The wonderful horse soul aids us to listen to our true self again, our feelings, our intuition. It is not for nothing that the stomach is also known as the brain in the stomach, «listen to your gut feeling». Unfortunately, we have often forgotten how to listen to and trust our intuition. With the horse as a mirror of our soul, we can rediscover our true self and learn to live it authentically.
My wish and goal as an equine-assisted coach is to help others to let joy, lightness, brightness and clarity back into their lives, to discover new paths and to be able to enjoy life to the fullest. And if the path of life is very dark, difficult right at the moment, I accompany the client together with my horse coaches for them to see the light at the end of the tunnel again and being able to ultimately reach it.
